Also, you can probably count folks that are neutral-ish in their tax bill (many, many people) as losers even though they are paying the same in raw dollars. Surely not good to see a deficit increase from a tax cut if you aren't getting any piece of it. Unless you really believe in the bill pumping overall growth beyond the projections of the non-partisan agencies.

New marriage penalty = 10k SALT deduction each when single (20k total). 10k total when married.
