I would likely be OK with these tax cuts if they came with a $20/hr+ minimum wage, and with wage subsidies/tax cuts for small businesses that can't afford $20 minimum wage. But obviously nothing like that will ever happen. I would need to crunch numbers on that, but maybe the minimum wage would actually need to be something like $25 to balance out the cuts. The idea here is to force corporations to make their workers beneficiaries of the tax cuts through minimum wage hikes.

The Market Liberal · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

He cut taxes for everyone you fucking idiot- how about you actually care to look at the fucking plan before you throw around these utterly meaningless buzz words.

rustydog0329 · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Please read the tax bill yourselves.

Let me perform a common sense, public service explanation of why "Voodoo Economics" fails. You see, Home-boy, the rich take the tax cut money and do three things with it: a) improve their factories in China, b) hide it in British Banks, or c) spend it to computerize, robotize, or automate, their existing facilities in the US. Here's why: strong shoulders guys need a salary, healthcare, insurance, pensions, vacations.. Machines don't need that stuff. Guys like Archie & Meathead can strike, get hurt, get sick, or get old; so, their performance fluctuates & eventually declines. Machines don't go through that cycle. Factory owners either repair, them or upgrade them. Either way, a machine's performance always goes up.
It was learned long ago that automation, computerization, robotization, and AI are all easier on the balance sheet than a bunch of guys or gals. If you need proof, take a JuCo course in Economics. Clearly , "Voodoo Economics" will fail because Fred Flintstone and his buddy, Barney, have been made obsolete by the technology driving the current Fourth Industrial Age. Wikipedia "the fourth industrial age" for more details. Our society is permanently through with the Labor Intensive Factory.
It should come as no surprise that the Fifth Industrial Age will feature machines that monitor and repair themselves. Doubters should read the MIT Technology Review and learn that the first "dark factories" are nearly here. Please don't get blindsided. Read "The Future of Employment" by Frey & Osborne before 2020 – 25. Being forewarned can give you the opportunity to be forearmed.

Poor poor Pajama Boy David packman. When rich people and big companies keep more of their money they hire more people and buy more products that's called trickle down economics. The opposite is government control of your tax money which equals flushing it down the toilet. Don't be mad David that President Trump won't grab your pussy.

The Toilet Inspector · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

That trickle you feel from "trickle down economics" is the trickle of urine as those at the top piss on the rest.

Super Sonic · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Fck you Trump- everything is "pouring in": jobs, companies, money, immigrants, refugees. No matter what the moron talks about- it's "pouring" in! Bahaha, fck off Trump can't wait 'till Mueller CRUSHES your pathetic sorry fat pompous ass. You're a disgrace to thee United States of America

William Ridge Sr. · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Why don't they just call it what it is. Trickle down economics or old republicans with prostate problems pissing on the middle class.

Capybara Crip · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

I like the tax plan.

goodgulf13 · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Tinkle down economics or supply side economics didn't work in the 80s. Except to enrich the wealthy. Now it's back again. The uneducated can ask their parents about the depression in the 80s. Most of the middle class was killed off then. This will finish them off. We will be left with the serf or working poor. Then the job creators or the wealthy few.

Tried in the late 1800's, I didn't know that. Kudos to your viewer/viewers. They're some of the most well informed people on the internet.

John A · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Trickle Down is not a principle. It's an excuse, a scam, a phony reason to fool their base. The Republicans know this doesn't work. But they need to pay off their donors.

TheTruthQuest123 · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Regulate the rich and deport illegals= Help the domestic working class

Dont regulate= Fuck the poor in the ass. Dont foget the poor are already poor

Its as simple as that

Narrative Hard Counter · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

The poor are getting tax cuts. Stop spreading fake news.

gigi stoner · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

I lost a family member to Trumpism 🙁

David Robinson · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Trickle down never works as the basic human instinct is one of greed tied to primitive survival . The board room and share holders will gain massively with a minimum of job creation . There is limited empathy in business towards the little man .

World's Netizen · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

What they said/advocated 'Trickle down' indicates that Trump's advocates/propagandists/supporters/fans are definitely NOT real mid/working class. Coz they knew it doesn't work. So, there is an interesting question that how did he was elected as mid/working-class' POTUS. His base is fake(In Chinese, 被代表了) or really crazy.

Geoff Gyro · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Amazing, the ignoramuses that watch FOX like the tax plan.
Fucking morons.

pniiice · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

I wonder what it will take for us to go full torches and pickforks. The return of slavery or something?

alphaclam · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

No one with any credibility has ever argued for anything called "trickle down economics."

ShadowCrashed81 · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

So when the economy does take off i predict david pakman will say 'SEE OBAMA IS A GENIUS THIS IS ALL HIS DOING' even though our economy turned to a crawl when he was president.

Hamish Cameron · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

Trickle down has worked fantastically in Hong Kong for decades. Fucking leftists…

rockerteen8300 · December 31, 2017 at 1:47 pm

It’s not failed trickle down economics, it works just the way they planed, it trickles up to the rich. It’s just named bad, that’s all.
